True Balance was founded with a strong commitment to stability, responsibility, and long-term reliability. After our founder became a single mother, the decision to build an independent bookkeeping practice was driven by the same principles we bring to our clients’ financials today: accountability, structure, and follow-through. That perspective shapes how we work—carefully, consistently, and with a deep respect for the importance of accurate records and dependable systems.

We focus on the day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end close that keeps financial records accurate, organized, and tax-ready throughout the year. Our work is process-driven and detail-oriented, ensuring business owners always know where they stand financially and accountants receive clean, well-documented books they can rely on.

Our services include full-charge bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end close and reporting, QuickBooks setup and cleanup, and ongoing support tailored to each client’s operational needs. We work primarily with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop and coordinate closely with CPAs and tax preparers to ensure a smooth handoff at tax time. We do not provide tax advice; all tax matters are deferred to the client’s accountant.
